Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) is a program that provides temporary work permits and drivers licenses to undocumented youth immigrants. Applicants must meet requirements to qualify.
In partnership with South Texas College of Law, KABAT held its first DACA eligibility screening and free clinic to those who were considered eligible. Qualifying individuals received information from KABAT members to guide eligible undocumented immigrants through the process of obtaining temporary work permits and drivers licenses.
